1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All products sold on PixaBazaar are non-tangible digital goods (e.g., animated assets, icons, templates, characters, etc.). Once a product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your software or system
  • Lack of usage or incorrect expectation

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may only consider refund requests under the following rare circumstances:
